British Military PLCE (Personal Load Carrying Equipment) 90 Pattern Medical Side Pouch in DPM (Disruptive Pattern Material) camouflage. Designed to be attached to the British PLCE Bergen (Rucksack) by means of sturdy zips and clips with the pouch holding an assortment of medical items.
